Oregon Vineyards for the Wall Street Journal

I can't believe I haven't updated my blog since August! It's been a very busy couple of months including a series of vineyard shoots for the Wall Street Journal. I spent three days in September photographing three different Oregon Vineyards: Willamette Valley Vineyards, Soter Vineyards and Stoller Family Estate. Three very different vineyards, three amazing wines, gorgeous landscapes and warm, wonderful people. My focus was the architecture of the tasting rooms and private homes of the vintners but I had free reign to photograph the entire estates. It was a blast to spend time with the winemakers and learn some of the behind the scenes details of wine making in the Willamette Valley. Below are a few of my favorites from the each shoot. More can be seen in the Recent Projects section of my portfolio site. Cheers!
